Service Description

Moravac Folklore is a one-year program in which students will be guided through Serbian folklore dance. The continuous improvement of dance of Serbian folklore is central to this class. At the end of the program, students will gain advanced knowledge of Serbian Kolo. Their expanded knowledge helps them understand the Serbian heritage from their day to day environment covered in this class incl. social life and media. Songs the students learn will be shared with parents - so that parents can practice with their students at home. ___________________ Cancellation Policy Classes can be cancelled and refunded by the student/parent 10 days after any registration. A non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 is included in all fees. ___________________ Moravac Parent Expectations - Parents are encouraged and welcomed to attend meetings. Any topics, ideas or comments can be brought up and discussed. - For the “Big” and “Mini” zabava, we need parent’s cooperation and help to make them successful. We always have a sign up sheet that includes duties and time slots for shifts. We ask that parents sign up where and when possible. You are not required to work all night. When your shift is over, you are done and can enjoy the rest of the evening. - We want this to be a team effort and for everyone to be involved. All suggestions and comments are appreciated.
